BEACH PARKING:
We provide our guests with parking permits. Both the Civic Association and the township permits should be placed on your dashboard at all times. Your car will be ticketed or towed if both permits are not displayed when parking at the beach or other community property.

When checking out, we ask you to return all the parking permits to the kitchen counter so the next guest can enjoy them.

A $75 per permit charge will be assessed for unreturned permits.
YOUR SAFETY MATTERS:
This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces but cover parking, doorways, stairs, and decks. The camera records video and sound.
LINENS AND TOWELS:
For an additional fee, linens and bath towels can be provided in sterile packaging upon arrival; therefore, beds will not be made. package includes pillow cases, top and fitted sheets for each bed, one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest. If additional bath towels are needed, guests are responsible for providing their own. Guest provide their own beach towels.
Check-in: 4 PM. Due to cleaning schedules early check-in is unlikely. Guests are not permitted to enter the property until check-in time.
Check-out: 10 AM. Cleaners and caretakers will arrive at 10 am.

No smoking, vaping, or E-cigarettes permitted in the home or on decks. Detectors are installed throughout the home to detect vapor and smoke.

No events, parties, or large gatherings permitted on the property.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

No animals/pets are allowed on this property due to the owners' severe allergies to pet hair and dander, as these make the home unusable by the owner. All questions/requests for ADA-certified service animals must be arranged in advance with the property manager or owner directly prior to booking.

Must be at least 25 years old to book this property. 25+ renter/guest must remain on the property during the length of the stay. High school/University groups will not be considered.

The home’s dining and sleeping arrangements, as well as the plumbing comfortably accommodate 4-5 guests. Additional guests, beyond 6, are not permitted. There is an additional fee for parties of 5 or more.

Due to the fragile nature of the electrical system in the home and on the island, charging electronic vehicles at this property is prohibited. **Charging an electric vehicle from a household outlet will cause the property to lose power. This power is shared by the air conditioning and other outlets, which, if overloaded, could make your stay uncomfortable. Fees may be charged for after-hours power reset if it is due to overloading.
